I'm Dantya Noire and I'm awful at introductions.
If you're on the FB page (of course you are; silly me), I'm one of the Biancas floating around in the ether (last time I checked, there were three. Quelle horreur!). Feel free to call me Bianca, Dantya, or be like my guild and refer to me as Jet. I'm an avid gamer, preferring PC over most consoles, though I hardly consider myself to be a dreaded "PC snob". I write mostly about the games I play, though I haven't posted something in ages (quickly remedied by posting a quick thing to FF.net as I'm typing this, hohoho~). I knit as a hobby, am working on getting eldritch abominations in my thesis, and poring over Russian Literature.
Nice to meet you all, and I hope we can grow together as a site.

General Discussion / Re: Do the Creep!

Recently got a rather large amount of yarn and am now sorting through it all. I may or may not be squealing in a horrifying manner.
I've been watching copious amounts of Breaking Bad, playing Saints Row 4, Guild Wars 2, replaying Dragon Age: Origins in preparation of Inquisition (this time on PS3 instead of PC; how odd). I might be getting into various discussions on the internet about the latter, which result in paragraphs and paragraphs of me squishing myself in every little orifice, making sure everyone knows my opinions on everything.
(Well, not everything. But definitely about Qunari being Inquisitioners, which makes sense if you think about it a bit)
Reading Octavia Butler, since I never really had the spare time to give her a go and I've heard lovely things about her writings. I'm trying to get back in the hang of reviewing books, and Goodreads is good for that.
I have to go to a wedding in a month or so. That'll be...odd.
